• All tags must remain attached.  
• All items must be unworn and in their original packaging.  
• Upon receipt of the returned items and their inspection, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.    
   

Return process guidelines  

To commence a return, log in to your account on our website. Go to the "Order History" section and choose the order that includes the item you intend to return. Follow the provided instructions to submit a return request, specifying the reason for the return. Upon approval of your request, securely package the item and enclose the provided return authorization slip.  

Refund disbursement  

Typically, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.  

Partial refund  

In certain instances, we may contemplate partial refunds for items exhibiting minor damages or lacking accessories, subject to evaluation.  

Shipment expenses  

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part. Regrettably, we are unable to reimburse shipping fees for returns.
